a) Provide a refund for the purchase price and any standard shipping charges paid. If you are requesting a refund due to the fact that your StepFresh will not fit the style of toilet you have (i.e. item 2.2. (e) above), you will not receive a refund for any standard shipping charges paid.

3.2 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3 We will make reasonable efforts to process refunds within 7 days of approving your refund request. However, please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
